Diana Llamas of Chicago was named the sixth BMW Hole-in-One Scholar as a result of Viktor Hovland’s hole-in-one during the 2022 BMW Championship. Llamas met BMW Group Member of the Board of Management, Ilka Horstmeier on Saturday, August 19, 2023 during the 2023 BMW Championship at Olympia Fields Country Club in Olympia Fields, Ill. Each year, BMW donates an additional full four year Evans Scholarship in the name of the first player to hit a hole in one during tournament play.
